Update 1: Glamourshoes pointed out that this may actually not be a vintage chair...I'm doing some investigating. Does anyone know anything about this chair??

Update 2: Thanks guys. The chair is the Herman Miller Manager Chair and can be purchased new from DWR, etc. I do have confirmation from the seller {an antique store on Magazine Street} that this particualr chair is vintage.
