1 The Ipod Case Project

I got an Ipod Touch for Christmas...I'm obsessed with it, by the way, it never leaves my side. But it needed a pouch for when it rides around in my purse. I loved this one from Rare Device, but it was too expensive. So I decided to make my own...it was quite simple. I found this little bag at Old Navy {$4 in a perfect black and white print.} I cut a piece of yellow felt to fit inside and stitched up the sides. Next, I pinned it inside the pouch and hot glued it inside. {Alright, honestly, I tried several times to sew it inside, but it just wasn't working. If I had made the pouch from scratch, I could have nicely sewn the felt inside...but I saved lots of time...whatever} Anyway...that's it, my Ipod fits perfectly inside his new little Black, White, and Yellow cushioned home...

0 Rare Device New Goodies

Binth Matching Game in black, white, and yellow...I may have to have this. I got so excited when I saw these Felted Gadget Cases, just what I'm looking for for my new ipod touch...but the price is a bit much. Has anybody seen anything similar?

Tea Bowl + Candy Bowl with awesomely textured outsides and delicately painted insides would be great to hold jewelry

The other day th bf wanted to know why we didn't have a lemon juicer...this one would do the trick. It's beautiful + functional = and thus perfect. And of course black and white vases are always welcome.

1 Felt + Wool

Kbox Modular Boxes are aluminum modular container systems perfect for jewelry. They are nice, but the felt inserts are fantastic.

I'm also feeling these great felt bags designed Josh Jakus. The Um Tote has a unique shape, zips to store flat when not in use, and is made from factory excess felt so it is ecofriendly. The Tote and three other sizebags { Carry , Hold and Clutch} are available at Elsewheres and Branch.

This fabulous Wine Rack and great Eggflat are also made from felt and fold flat when not in use. Check out this post on making the wine rack DIY.

I have been a long time fan of the Grid Wall Pocket. I think it is quite expensive, but possibly could be a DIY.

and lastly, these Softbowls {Wobowl + Beehive} would make such fun storage solutions...

The Kbox is available from Rare Device. Everything else can be purchased at Elsewheres and Branch.
