I still have some unpleasantries hanging over my head, but I had several good pep talks today and I'm feeling better about life...you might have noticed that this is even my 4th post today, which is way exceeding my frequency of the last two weeks. ;)

4 Yellow Lamps Make Me Happy....
I am thinking every morning I should feature a vintage yellow lamp...at least for a few days...because they make me happy.
I can't tell you how much I want this lamp...so much so that I almost didn't want to show you. I hope you understand.

You'll have to forgive me for the lack of posts this week. I took my ninth of ten tests to be a liscened Architect this morning so I've been studying a lot...and now by brain is all mushy. I'm taking off early for a little weekend getaway in Houston to relax and refresh. Have a great weekend!

4 I Opened the Door!
I have now lived in my apartment for 8 months, and today I accidentally figured out how to open the second door to my balcony...my living room feels twice as big now. I'm so excited!
In my defense, the lock/handles on these doors are very strange. I tried to open the second door right after I moved it, but it wouldn't budge. I thought maybe it was a fixed door, or um something....I don't know I guess I never really thought about it again.
Don't judge...I'm having a blonde day. Earlier I went to work without my purse that actually contained my wallet.
