4 Stripes | Kate Spade Saturday

So, somehow it's been a year.  And I still love {and continue to buy} black and white striped things from Kate Spade Saturday.  I guess not much has changed.  

I don't really have any good excuses for why I stopped blogging for so long.  Work {often exhausting, I'm sure many of you can relate} mostly got in the way.  But also happy things, like being out exploring the world with dear friends.  I also think my Pinterest and Instagram accounts have filled in so well, I didn't miss blogging which honestly had started to feel like work too.  

But lately I've realized that I do miss blogging, terribly. For all you who sent kind and encouraging comments and emails, thank you so much.  They meant more than you know.  

And so here I am, hopefully for good again.

1 My Favorite Christmas Gift {Black White Yellow Snood}

I can't believe I haven't shared this with you yet....Santa brought me such an awesome gift this year, a black, white, and yellow chevron snood from Pom by Pomegranate.  I love it so much...obviously.

These hand dyed scarves from Scarf Shop are so very lovely.  I'm thinking they would be a great addition to my fall wardrobe.

If these Paso Fino Sandals from Anthropologie didn't look so similar to the Jeffrey Campbell ones that I already bought, I would order these in a heartbeat.  So, so good.

Yay!! As you guys know I'm a big fan of Bookhou, especially her triangle print items.  I FINALLY ordered myself a Triangle Day Bag.  I can't wait for it to arrive...so excited.

0 My Week in Photos...

Actually, I need to catch up...these photos are from two weeks ago.  Brit and I went hiking, with our new Herschel Supply Little America backpacks (yay!)...we saw a rattlesnake (yikes!). It was nice otherwise. Next we went to Zuma Beach in Malibu. It was a little too cold but the drive was nice.  It was also mother's day so we cooked breakfast for my mom, then we did some plant shopping and landscaping at my parent's house.  I liked my outfits for the week, my big shopping trip the weekend before made a big difference in my wardrobe.

So, I'm still pining over these sandals...but since I can't afford $300 sandals, I got these.  Not as fun, but I think I will be able to wear them with a lot, and even to work. I still want a pair with a great color pop though.

0 Shoe Wants.

So, I'm in the market for some new sandals for spring.  I'm absolutely in love with these...HOWEVER, they are very expensive.  I need to find some similar ones that are more in my price range (which is like a tenth of what these cost for the record).
