You may remember seeing this house here before, after I toured it on with NOLA AIA. I just found pictures of it at Dwell {It was published in 2004}. I actually think it looked better when we toured it, more lived in. It is really a great example of a new modern house that fits in with the historic fabric of the city...and its cool...and so is Byron {he is a professor at Tulane}...and its got a black, white, yellow thing going on.

You know, I don't remember the exact numbers, but it was designed to be relatively inexpensive.
