First, let me tell you about my contingency fund. The bf usually gives me money to buy my own gifts {we both prefer it this way}. So, since I had planned for this no shopping till May challenge, I saved my Christmas present money as a contingency fund for when I really needed {wanted!} to go shopping. When I saw the Gap Tassel Tote, I knew it fell into the emergency-must-spend category. So I bought it, and I love it....
