I've been looking for just the right sofa for a while...now that I know May is official fix-up-the living-room-month I have picked up the search. Yesterday, I was very excited to find these two options from Room and Board: The Jasper and Jackson. Both meet my criteria in terms of lines {square and simple}, style {modern}, cushion type {2 or 3 cushions with loose but big back cushions, fabric options {not microsuede, preferably linen, and grey colorways}, and price range {under $2000}. I was considering getting the options with the chaise lounge at one end {both of these come in this style}, but now I am thinking that an ottoman would be the more flexible way to go. I'm not sure yet if I would want the ottoman to match, or to be upholstered in a fun pattern. I am going to keep looking, and I will continue to post my findings.

For all it's worth...I´m loving Jasper. The legs are so pretty and the lines as you say.
This is a lovely sofa - we have the 'more affordable' version from Ikea. Karlstad (i think is its name).. it it much more comfy than first thought, we added the chaise and are tossing up an ottoman. It is perfect for us with a young child and washable covers, without looking like a 'family sofa'.
Ooh! Those are both awesome! you can find more Sofas here…..
