Black white and yellow are favorites of mine, so much that this winter I invested in a yellow coat from J Crew and it was the best purchase I have ever made. Ever! I often wear it with graphic black and white prints... so yay to you for having such a cool blog!

If you don't mind me asking, how much was the lamp with the 50% off? I saw the lamp only, no shade, at Goodwill (they carry target overstocks) and want to get it so badly.
I'm pretty sure it was $30 when I got it at 50% off...It is a very versatile base, it seems like you would be able to find a shade to go with it pretty easily...
